It’s back! Just 1 Story Podcast

Earlier this week I relaunched the Just 1 Story podcast that I started in 2018. You may have noticed it passing through your inbox yesterday and Wednesday. When you get a chance, check it out. I’m hoping to be adding to the podcast regularly over the next few months and, eventually, doing more interviews. Still, if haven’t heard the two that currently posted, I think you will find them interesting and uplifting.

Gotta Laugh…Or Else We Just Cry, Right?

This blog is dedicating to laughing…or at least smiles…simply because we’ve got to keep our sense of humor. Think of today’s blog as the equivalent to cleaning out the hall closet. I’ve got a collection of fun and funny items that people have sent me, including Clemencia and our next door neighbor Don. In fact, quite a few of these come from Don. Today I’m going to feature my ten favorites from that hall closet.

We’ll finish off with something from my friend Jeff Logan and, of course, Chickenman. Grab a cup of coffee or tea or a beverage of your choice, put your feet up, and enjoy!

Me neither but, hey, we were with friends and it seemed like a good idea at the time. My bed is looking really good for New Year’s Eve this year!

April 30th has come and gone…and I’m guessing they are still clothed. Probably in sweatpants…speaking of which…

If I’ve shared this one before, which I might have, please accept my sincerest apologies. It’s just that I think this is really funny. I’ve seen that same expression on our dog’s face when she has had to wear the “cone of shame.”

A View of Jeff

With apologies to Jeff, I cannot resist my own commentary on this. This is Jeff Logan – a brilliant friend, teacher, researcher, and, as you have seen, cartoonist. His mind never stops. He is the only person I know who could relax on a summer day in a hammock by reading an academic book like this one. Jeff, I’m hoping you took this just before you nodded off for a well deserved nap.

chickenman – episode 88 – only 10 left!

The Commissioner does yet another press conference. This time it is about Chickenman’s battle with the Very Diabolical. However, the Very Diabolical seems to be getting the best of Chickenman using the one thing the Winged Warrior hates more than anything else.
